We decided to go there for breakfast and try the big breaky... We both ordered the same thing. Our sausages were pink in the middle, I did not get mushroom when my partner did, Our toast was more like warm bread and the ice coffee was hot! It seemed too good to be true for 6.95!

A lovely little local Italian. I've come here a few times now. They have a large selection of pasta dishes with some authentic Italian choices that I have not seen elsewhere ever before. I've had too eat their Penne ala Panna twice now as it was so good the first time!! The ceasar salad is great. The last time I went it was absolutely buzzing. BYO with plenty of parking and a bottleshop a few doors down.

I have had Cucina Mia food twice now: once as a take away, and the second time as eat-in. I found the take away to be decent, but not overly impressive, but I put this down mainly to the fact that it wasn't all that hot, due to the distance it had to go home. I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt, hence the dining in visit. I am glad I gave it a second chance! Whilst the ambience isn't all that great, they have done well considering the restaurant is squeezed between a service station/shopping complex, and a daycare centre. I ordered a pizza on this visit, and was more than impressed with both the flavour and size of the meal: in short, the pizzas are HUGE! Very Nice!

We went here last night for dinner and were disappointed by the slow service. We stood waiting to be seated for a couple of minutes (you feel like an idiot standing there when no one acknowledging you) and then after waiting 40 minutes for our mains (we'd ordered no entree) we were told it'd be another 5 minutes wait. The waiter then came back and said 'At any other restaurant you'd wait an hour' I'm sorry but don't patronise the customer - we dine out very regularly and if I had to wait an hour for a pasta and pizza meal - I'd walk out. The food was very good though which was it's saving grace but they really need to recognise when people have been waiting a while and at least apologise.

Simply Divine. Casual, BYO a total relaxing experience. The mains are the right size...you only want more because of the wonderful flavours. The service is second to none on the coast and I would recommend this well kept secret to anyone. The trip to the western side of the motorway is more than worth it. Average price of a main is around $20, couple that with BYO....fine dining at a bargain rate
