The Crystal Cottage, is now under new management, the service is great the Deveonshire teas are Yummy!!! it is a beautiful drive and the staff are very friendly and the service is excellent and the best thing is they are opening a traditional Thai Restaurant with chefs straight from thailand and are world reknowned, looking forward to the opening! The crystal cottage oozes ambience of spiritual , relaxing , and healing energy, they have clairvoyant readers , massage, and healers, in the future they are going to get the Monks to bless the cottage and all the beautiful artefacts and crystals from around the world, WOW! what a sancturary we have in our own back yards, thank you Crystal Cottage, will see you again real soon a place ill be proud to show off to my friends and family when they visit.

The Crystal Shop is cute. They have not go a wide range of Crystals, but I love the tote bag and I think that the cafe was not very nice. It just took too long for them to get the food out and by the time it came it was rock hard and ice cold!

This is a beautiful cottage that has gone terribly wrong. Aesthetically a new age wonderland with service by what seems to be the authentic mafia, straight out of Sicily. Maybe there running an underground crystal laboratory, as it certainly seems like they don't want to sell anything in there. I suggest you don't ask for skim milk in your coffee or complain your foods cold after waiting an hour for it...they'll chop your fingers off. I'm sure that was a finger in my napoli sauce actually. If you've just won lottery you may want to save up a little more and buy yourself a trinket or two. For an expensive and horrible experience make sure you check out the crystal cottage.

Went there to enjoy a mothers day lunch with family... specifically booked a time they advised wouldnt be so busy... arrived, firstly they thought they had lost our booking but after 5 mins we were seated, given menus and left - 25mins later they came back to take our drink and food order, left us for an hour and half and was only given 'it will be soon' when I had to go up to the counter as they didnt even bother coming to advise us that it was running behind. They screwed our order up, missed food and 6 out of 7 plates of food were cold and tasteless. Samon was NOT cooked and chips were FROZEN! Another time seated before us still hadnt been served so they walked out. After asking for a discount due to lack of service, horrid food & unskilled wait staff I was advised to 'bloody shut up'. I nor any of my family who were with me for that was supposed to be a lovely lunch will not be attending... It was truly a day to FORGET!!!!
