The chicken was obviously fresh (not a re-heated frozen patty!) and my husband was very impressed with the lamb souvlaki, even my son who is normally a very fussy eater loved his No 1 burger and finished the whole thing. The staff were polite and helpful and the overall atmosphere was lovely with everyone obviously enjoying their meals. Posted 07 Jan 2012 by souvlaki lover So the Vendetta continues I haven't looked at this site for a week but I see Scotties food has put on another nasty review just above his alter ego Gormless guy posted his first positive review after my wife pointed out(correctly) that all of his reviews are 1 or 2 star.Look scottiesfoodfreakiefoodiegourmlessguy Tasty's Does Exceptionally Good Take Away Food how do I know this?Because five more customers have told us today unsolicited just hopped up and told how great the food was we have had well in excess of five thousand (based on approx five per day)tell us in the last 3 years so I am sorry that you three or one think our food is ordinary but you can't always be right and by the way scottiesfood you said that I was a iar and put up two souvo lover reviews where I petended to be a customer once again you are negative and wrong Tasty's joined a marketing campaign called Find a Business they promoted that we get review forms filled out instore to upload for those who did not know how or did not own a computer those are two of those reviews and as you can tell the customers liked totally different things and there was no attempt to portray that these different people were one person.These signed reviews are on file.Finally scotties food what REAL customer goes back over three years of reviews to try and shaft a business come on but it's ok Posted 03 Jan 2012 by scottfood1 in defence to my review clearly i was correct in thinking you guys as the owners have made your own reviews on your shop. i'm refering to the fact that "souvo lover" has admited to being one of the owners were as if you check past reviews dated 23/12/09 and 07/07/10 "souvo lover" has posted reviews pretending to be a customer to the shop.. now you say you are an "honest" couple but with this i beg to differ is that really honest? i'm not in the food business and my review is 100% my honest opinion on the food i received i simply work near by and with all the 5 star ratings i thought i would give it a go. the problem is when you make your own false reviews on your shop (which you have! ref. "souvo lover" and his posts) that out do the true result of what you actually get people will be disapointed like i was!! i have been to your shop and i did get the name of your no.1 burger wrong but like i said i wasn't one i would rave about so the "real" name of the burger slipped my mind. anyway i'm a real person that was been a real customer to your shop and gave a real review and that is what this is for!! :) Posted 01 Jan 2012 by amyoo1 I have just been to Tastys and had a No.1 buger. All i can say is that it was AMAZING! I have been to many other takeaway joints on the Gold Coast and the sloppy messes I have been served elsewhere just dont compare. FoodieFreak, Scottfood and Gourmet Guy, I have to agree with the owners, you obviously haven't been to Tasty's or you wouldn't been so wrong about the food there.
