Through conversation with our waitress, she learned we were on honeymoon and sent us home with a complimentary bottle of what we were drinking at the end of our dinner! We both really enjoyed the food too, and love the chance to be able to share a few things in smaller portion sizes - a fun way to eat, and great quality food! Also chose to try breakfast there a couple of days later and found that enjoyable as well Posted 11 Nov 2010 by anamerican Great food.. when my mom came to visit we took her to dinner here.. she loved it.. had the surf n turf meal.. it was a bit pricey but well worth the money.. have reccommended 1two3 to a few friends and they've all left very happy! Firstly let me assure you that I am disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome that you received when arriving, the experience you describe is not how we like to greet our guests and I am not surprised that it did not leave you with a good first impression. Our venue is divided into 2 different 'sections' and by reading your description above, I can only imagine that perhaps you had sat down at one of the outside tables in our lounge bar area which does not offer table service for food like the restaurant tables do. This might be why our staff did not recognize immediately that you needed menus. Having said that - pointing out that you are "sitting in the wrong section" instead of politely relocating you with menus is not the best way to have handled the situation and for that I am deeply sorry. I have forwarded your comments through to our restaurant manager for her attention. Cheers, Justine Clarke Posted 29 Sep 2010 by restaurantfan01 To be honest a number of times I have walked past this restaurant and thought it would be nice to visit. Unfortunantly I was dissapointed. We arrived standing there waiting for service, no one came to our attention so we just sat down out side in a 'section' after sitting there with no menu (no other guest were there at the time) for 5 minutes we noticed the waiter just kept looking at us but not coming over until I had to stand up and get him. He said 'oh, would you like a menu?' but then said 'your in the wrong section' then The other waitress came over and repeated 'your in the wrong section'. Wow, Sorry I didnt know there were sections I had to sit in. There was no smile or greeting and before they could say anything else my partner and we just got up and went to the next restaurant, So much better service there!
