Have gone to Byron for years for holidays and have experienced the great food at Twisted Sisters Cafe. However, not being a big sweet tooth I always took the savoury option ........ until last visit in June. Went with a couple of girlfriends for Coffee and cake and I seriously stood in front of the counter for about 10 minutes before I could make up my mind. The whole counter was like a massive peice of ART! I was so torn between the fresh Apple and Rhubarb cake that was so fresh it was still sitting on the counter and the Passionfruit cheesecake.........or should I get the Cookies AHHHHHH! Finally decided on Passionfruit cheesecake - which even surprised me because I don't even like cheesecake. That was because I had never eated a REAL cheesecake! My mouth still waters now thinking about it. I am planning a drive down to Byron with my Mum for coffee and cake - seems like a great excuse. So to read the reveiw from the last entrant i felt compelled to let readers know that it must have been very bad timing for them, and if you are in Byron you should most certainly give this Cafe a go!

This cafe has been my favourite for many years and I keep coming back every time I come to Byron Bay. The Sistas (there are four of them who own and work in the business). The food is always fresh with generous servings and the homemade cakes are excellent!

This casual cafe was popular when we went for breakfast. Reasonable prices and good coffee. The only negative was that the waitress bashed down all of our coffee's and meals on the table and was a bit brusque.
