I love CAN THO KITCHEN. I have been a regular since the day they opened. You will not find better Vietnamese on the Coast. I have introduced friends from Brisbane to go to Can Tho and they travel all the way down here for Vietnamese rather than eat Vietnamese near home. The good thing is they have westernized some dishes while keeping the authentic flavors throughout the menu expecially amongst the house specialties. Really, the menu caters for anyone. Totally respect anyone's opinion on any of their dishes but I am sure the chef would cater to anyone's request, just ASK! They do the best fresh rice paper rolls ever.

There is NEVER a good reason to put seafood extender in a 'chef's special seafood combination.' If you don't want to do it properly, don't put it on the menu.
