We began with the mussels, that tasted fresh, were well cooked and beautifully accompanied by the light Japanese Mayonaise. I had the Salmon steak, and although it was expensive, it was done perfectly! The atmosphere was lovely - small and intimate, and I'm pretty sure these people are passionate about what they do.
