I would have to say the best ribs in the country! meaty, tasty and I challenge any man or woman to finish the full rack. BYO too. I think I have tried every meal on the menu and find it hard to choose which one to have. Lunch times have discounted meals on average $12.00 which could be steak or chicken, much to choose from. Need to book well in advance, very popular! Posted 15 Oct 2007 by Fatboy Great place. Informal atmosphere. Ordered the ribs and peri peri chicken. I wasn't keen on the ribs only because I'm not a fan of "smoked" food. The chicken was the best I have ever eaten. It was very hot and spicy. It broke apart in my hands it was that moist and succulent. I watched the juice run out of the chicken and knew I was in for a treat. I ordered the combo of chicken and ribs. The ribs $25 and for the extra $10 you got the chicken. I was expecting the chicken to be 3 small wings for my $10. When I saw that it was half a chicken, I was very surprised. We then had 2 combo meals, one fish and calamari (fish was great, calamari was ok), and the chicken and ribs (chicken has a big kick of peri peri sauce, it's very hot, but doesn't stay hot for very long), and the ribs had a nice mild smokey flavour.
