IS YOUR CHEF A ROBOT??? This is the most inflexible thai menu I have ever experienced! Why is garlic pepper stir fry only beef - every other thai restaurant on the planet will let you select any type of meat or vegetables. Why can’t they do cashew nut stir fry vegetarian - its not hard! WHY CANT THEY PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?? Curries are bland and watery - tastes it comes from a jar. Quality of food has dropped since opening, initially food was good. Now lacking flavour. Variety has dropped as well. What happened to going to the effort of making your customer happy. Even contemporary cuisine restaurants will alter menu items for their customers. Very poor service! As soon as another Thai restaurant opens in Helensvale area - people will stop going here. There are only surviving because their is no competition. How many of their customers have been going begrudgingly because there are no other local thai restaurants. Their menu range is not huge but they have all the favourites (red and green curries, phad thai, chilli basil stif fry's etc) and they concentrate on making the dishes they do offer high quality. There was no fatty meat and the food was very flavoursome. The service is attentive and friendly and it's nice to sit outside in Summer (they also have inside for Winter.) One of the best Thai restaurants on the coast - very highly recommended and affordable. Posted 31 Jul 2008 by white with one Stopped in for dinner for the first time tonight. I found the food, service and decore to be quite impressive. Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai and a sizzling hot Green Chicken Curry. Lots of flavour and a nice tingle from the spice in the curry!! I'll come back when I'm in the area :) Posted 18 Jul 2008 by foodlover80 I only live 10mins away from here and it's always an easy and quick night out that doesn't cost an arm and a leg plus you get great tasting food. My husband likes the green curry duck with coconut rice and I always have the thai noodles with beef and we have never been disappointed. Great service too which helps. Posted 24 Feb 2008 by chubbydog Had dinner there on the weekend and was quite impressed with the service & food. The ambience was relaxed eventhough they were quite busy. The meals came out presented well without the usual grand garnishes we've come to expect from thai food. The taste was exceptional! Everything was very fresh and certainly tasty. Looking forward to our next visit! Only comment, they should have a dessert menu, which would've rounded off the evening nicely.
