Staff need a lesson in hospitality - really is it too hard to stop talking to each other and smile at a paying customer?? Can't say the food was much to rave about either, was very overpriced for what we got and we actually had a piece of plastic in one of our dishes.....! Plenty of new places in Mudgeeraba now so we won't be bothering to go back again. Posted 10 Mar 2011 by jo I dined at Woodchoppers last week and found the food to be tasty and affordable. The staff are very professional with great service ( and a smile).... I go for "committee meetings " with the girls after work once a week .... and love the place !!!very comfortable atmosphere and non threatening for a bunch of girls . We have had work functions there too and have had a great time...Thanks Woodchoppers staff !!!! There also seems to be a few new faces there. Our food was very ordinary with my chicken being overcooked and dry and my partners steak being a little on the small side for 30 odd dollars plus we also had to pay extra for the privelege of having vegetables!
