Dined here with "Split the Bill" and were severely disappointed.
We certainly wouldn't have paid the full price for what we experienced.
Our food took forever to come out, the bread tasted like it had been
microwaved, steak was over done, the fish was definitely NOT
barramundi and to top it off you are charged extra for vegetables.
When we commented to the manager about our meals she said the chef
said there was nothing wrong with them - well we have news for you
people!!
SERVICE - slow and definitely not friendly
FOOD - very disappointing, even for pub food
Even at half the price we'll be telling people to stay away. Save your
hard earned money folks and go elsewhere.

We had lunch at this place and it was awful. The wait staff couldn't care
less and the food was very disappointing. One meal cold, another one
had piece of old rag in it! Advising all to spend their money elsewhere.

My wife and i found this great little resturant by accident but thought we'd give it a try and we were very glad we did. Great food, very resonable prices and great service, we'll be back for sure. Thank you for an excellent evening.

Our family really enjoyed their meals the other night at the Woodchoppers Inn. The meals were well presented and tasted delicious. The chef obviously makes the stocks from scratch and knows his meats and seasonings...thank you!!! The prices are very reasonable and the bill always comes to a lot less than many of the other restaurants we eat at. We have lived in Mudgeeraba for many years and always take our overseas visitors to dine at Woodchoppers. They've loved it. We like the restaurant's warm atmosphere, the food has been consistent and the service is friendly. We'll be back.

We have been going to the Woodchoppers Inn with friends and family
for the past 8 years but unfortunately will not be going back there
anymore.
The last coule of times we have been we have noticed that the quality
of the food has dropped significantly and that the prices are far too high
for the standard of meal that we have recieved.
The manager is a very unpleasant man and the service from the rest of
the staff is a shambles.
It is such a shame as we used to really enjoy going to this restaurant
for the great food and top notch service.
We have heard that the restaurant has been sold in the last couple of
years (do they have a new chef too?) and can certainly see the
difference.
We will be joining our friends and family dining elsewhere from now on.
