All up we spent $26 between two and we were both still hungry. $5 worth of chips is usually more then you can eat, but not the case here. Other then that, it was good. Oh, and when you ask for extra chicken salt, there should be PLENTY, but again, not the case Posted 16 Oct 2007 by Mikewine Fish is almost always excellent. Chips vary fromm outstanding to average, but usually quite good. Staff are friendly. Posted 21 Sep 2007 by FoodFerret i've been back to Benowa seafoods again and the takeaway fish and chips are still quality. Snapper battered and chips with some calamari for about $12. Excellent fish (snapper), and mussells. I haven't tried the oysters as i've always been too late for them, but its a clean shop, rivals the other big players in town and they make fresh takeaway. Posted 21 May 2007 by Timmy1 These guys sell top grade fresh seafood and if you live in the area it's great for takeaway when you can't be bothered to cook!
