We felt as the food was from a frozen packet just heated. we didn't feel that the meat & the vegetables were fresh. We had a prawn dish which had no flavour what so ever. Felt like eating boiled prawns. They charged us some ridiculous amount for Jasmin tea & steam rice. But the atmosphere was good. But will never sight this place again. The one I ate at, was opposite Pacific Fair Broadbeach... So here goes.... I have never eaten Thai food so bad before . All dishes were on our table within 5 mins and the taste was likened to last weeks TV dinner reheated. We ordered soft shell crabs , which are normally very crunchy and great eating....This dish tasted of triple fried in oil that was rank and which ran down your arm when biting into it, Curry was tasteless and there was no freshness in the vegetables. The tables are so tight together and the staff are too busy. This restaurant needs to be shut down..It caters for unsuspecting tourist who know no better , giving Gold Coast establishments a bad wrap on quality food. In saying that I have eaten great Thai food at the other Chiang Mai restaurants. So please choose carefully. Stay away from the one above mentioned. The food and atmosphere here is by far the best on the gold coast for thai food.
