I have joined this site basically to express my disapointment at this venue.Having eaten at the southport shop for years and loving it,I have to say that the broadbeach store is a dirty slophouse. My 1/2 Tandoori chicken was dried out to the extent of RSL yesterdays roast, the pokhoras had the flavour of warm batter. The naan bread was good, could have hot, but good enough to eat.Being looked down on by a "Im better than you dont talk to me" waiter really ticks me off. This is the hospitality industry not Boggo road jail. Send your staff to Southport to train and while your at it cleaning lessons would be good.If the kitchen is of the standard of the dining room, building and surrounds, well, it must need a good 3 day makeover with soap. ps If the chef is seen by the customers make sure they wash their uniforms. If you see grease marks running up the sides of their pants they obviously dont wash their hands. Go to southport if your game ,its OK in fact good

I always look forward going out for dinner here and it's become one of my favourite Gold Coast restaurants. The food is always fantastic - the tandoori chicken comes out sizzling on a hot plate with onions and raita yoghurt sauce. The curries such as kormas, masalas or the ever favourite butter chicken are great and for the more adventurous there's kangaroo and goat curries. Vegetarians will also be happy as there's a wide range of vego friendly dishes to choose from. On some nights they have live Indian music and even when busy the staff are usually on the ball.
