I don't know what restaurant some of these people went to .. but the Panchos I know is the most wonderful family friendly place you could go to ... the food is wonderful, big servings really reasonable prices and the staff are great.. not to mention the wonderful surroundings, lovely table settings,, no plastic!! beautiful timber tables and heeps of ornaments to look at and art work... You must go

Panchos...Superb. Cheap and cheerful. No pretense, just good honest tucker at good prices. The owner obviously employs local young people who appear to enjoy and appreciate the work. After 20 plus years we keep on going back for more.

I found this restaurant around the same kinda geography that Ivan Milat would of used!! It was in the middle of no where with no signs nor civilisation anywhere close to it. We waited about 45mins to be served and when we finally did the bloke was very feminine and odd looking. We were not offered any water or any desserts and when we finally got our meals the tomatoes were cold and the beef was a sloppy brown texture. To finish off we were just about done when they started closing all the doors and practically moving us on like riot police. The food tasted like something from a 3rd world country and the service was about as appealing as a herpe. All round I would rather deep fry an Arabs turbin and put sauce on it then go on that wild adventure again. Pathetic 0 stars out of 5

Pretty horrible really! Grotty, cheap plastic furniture with that greasy feeling. Dusty plastic cactii in the rest rooms. No table settings - just cutlery thrown on the table as you go. Lifeless staff, slow service, VERY ordinary food. Every dish looked the same. No offer of water, dessert, coffees and slow to take orders. Our entire group of 25 had barely finished our meal when asked to leave at 3pm, just got settled and it was time to leave (and still hungry at that!) as waitress had to go home for a shower to start the night shift - COME ON are they for real? at close to $30 a head for entree and main + drinks on top of that, very disappointed with quality and portions also. The salad was 1/2 an outside leaf of iceberg shredded and one small slice of tomato. Wouldn't recommend unless you like slop!

We had 2 x birhtday party groups of app 30 people & were stuck out the back where the tables & chairs were not even cleaned still with food on them. The meals were not to good I ordered a Steak mediun rearmit came out mediun to well, After complaining to the very young waitress nothing else was said not even a sorry. We spent well over $800 between the group for poor quality food & service and then were told at #pm we had to go as the staff needs to go home to shower for the next shift,
