Posted 02 Nov 2008 by Bamboo Delicious, this restaurant is one of my favourites on the Gold Coast. I agree it's a bit pricey but probably worth it. Love the fried rice, prawns, steak and bugs. Posted 30 Dec 2007 by white with one Benihana is was my first Teppanyaki experience. I've been spoilt, no other Teppanyaki restuarant has been able to match it to date. It's like watching an episode of Iron Chef!! The flavours are amazing due to the freshness of their ingredients and their cooking technique. It's a fun night out. Plenty of secure parking downs stairs. Be sure to book as it's very popular. Posted 10 Oct 2007 by Deb None of the below patrons mustn't have heard of the "early bird special"! If you book and are seated by 6.30pm you can order the early bird special which is fantastic. Soup/salad/beef or chicken/veges/steamed rice and green tea all for about $20 per person! Ask about it when making the booking. The grog is expensive but if you can just handle a couple of glasses of iced water the hole experience is very cheap.
