I went there today in Sancutary Cove with my family and the waitress was actually sweared at my mum when my mum waved the menu to my mum and signal him to come to our table. This is horrible serivce manner. As they promoted half price lunch and dinner, but I cannot see it at all. A pasta costs $22 (half price already), and I don't really believe it is normally cost $44. 2 piece of garlic bread cost $7 and do they really charge their customer $14 for 2 if it is not half price. Very ridiculous. The food was good but I don't think I will go there again.

always good value and amazing food. but drinks too pricey. if you get a glimpse of kitchen very dirty.... but so long as you dont look... one of my favorite places to dine.. has really great ambiance. service always good. food really good, best calamari on gold coast..

ive eaten at all four georges and southport is the best, without a doubt the food is much better, the service could be better but all in all, i highly reccomend southport.

i usually go to sanctuary cove but over the last 8 months ive been going to the southport georges, the food there has dramaticlly improved, I spoke with the scottish head chef and ive not met a nice guy like him, the only downfall was the scruffy tall chef that looks like a bikey he always came out to the seating area and bit his nails, very very dirty....apart from this my experience at southport was far better than any other georges.

Georges Paragon, Sunday 18th July, Kingscliff. Paid nearly $6.00 for a small pocket bread to finish my starter of Taramousalata. It came with one small pocket bread which was not nearly enough to finish the dish. The Taramousalata only cost $8.00 but the extra bread cost another $5.90! I have never known a Greek restaurant to charge for bread especially one that was only 6" round. There was human hair in my husband's Soulaki along with another from the basting brush. We politely commented on this and showed the manager but there was no compensation. We are still getting over the $5.90 pocket bread. It is the talk of all my friends, both here and overseas. Will not be going back!
