Georges Paragon, Sunday 18th July, Kingscliff. Paid nearly $6.00 for a small pocket bread to finish my starter of Taramousalata. It came with one small pocket bread which was not nearly enough to finish the dish. The Taramousalata only cost $8.00 but the extra bread cost another $5.90! I have never known a Greek restaurant to charge for bread especially one that was only 6" round. There was human hair in my husband's Soulaki along with another from the basting brush. We politely commented on this and showed the manager but there was no compensation. We are still getting over the $5.90 pocket bread. It is the talk of all my friends, both here and overseas. Will not be going back! Terry

Great Location - Fantastic Service - Hit and Miss with the food! I have eaten here alot, and sometimes have a great meal and other times am dissapointed. I enjoyed the sole, the pasta meals and the entrees. Everything comes with chips! chips! and more chips! What happened to salads and cooked vegs? The extra 17 % on Sundays and holidays can catch you out when the bill comes. George really cares about his restaurant though and the service is great which is why we keep trying.

Always busy. Usually stay with plain fish and chips. Have tried other items but have not been impressed. Some dishes tend to be overcooked. Good atmosphere.
